"NEW" Referral Commision payments are sent out weekly, every Monday by mail. RENEWAL COMMISSIONS Payments are sent out MONTHLY. Please see 'COMMISSION EXPLANATION'. PLEASE NOTE::: Beginning September of 2023, we will be starting Direct Deposit on a PayCard (similar to a payroll or payment debit card) that we will send to ALL of our Active AFFILIATES in good standing. No more payper checks will be sent to your home. Your personal banking or financial information will not be needed or required. This will be set-up and provided for you.

After you fill out the Subscription Form and click JOIN NOW, you will be directed straight to the link where you will book your weekly group coaching conference call. The most important thing is for you to get your first 2 Conference Call PARTICIPANTS / REFERRALS. This way, it's as though you no longer have to pay the $49, $99 OR $199 monthly membership subscription because your first 2 REFERRALS will yield you automatic commissions the following week, which means you will no longer have to come out of pocket for your very OWN membership subscription the next month. Once that is done, every REFERRAL you get after that, will earn you either $25, $50 OR $100 in monthly residual commissions (THIS DEPENDS ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION LEVEL - please see 'COMMISSION EXPLANTION'. PLUS, you will be receiving empowerment through our coaching program. You will continue to get that $25, $50 OR $100 per referral every single month for life (or as long as you are with our program). If we answered that, we would be guessing. Its always different for everyone. A good rule to follow is to expect about 1-2 sign-up every 5-10 contacts made. That’s what makes this Affiliate Business so great, you can get just a few sign-ups each month and in 2-4 months you still have $1,000-$2,000 per month coming in. For example - if you only got 10 new sign-ups per month… after 2 MONTHS, that’s $500 (residual) on our $49/month plan, $1,000 (residual) on our $99/month plan OR $2,000 (residual) on our $199/month plan.. so even when someone has slow months, they still succeed!

When someone joins using your unique REFERRAL CODE, you will receive an email notifying you of the transaction, within 24 hours.

No, No, and No... did we say No? Shardley Affiliates is a legitimate program that compensates our members for their REFERRALS. You earn 50% Commission DIRECTLY. Commissions are paid weekly and we provide Coaching Services through our Weekly Group Coaching Calls - it is that simple! You refer program participants and we compensate you for doing so.

COMMISSION LEVELS - There are only 3 ways to join our Affiliate Program: You can join our $49 per month program, this gives you $25 in commission You can join our $99 per month program, this gives you $50 in commission You can join our $199 per month program, this gives you $100 in commission You will only receive, in commission, UP TO the subscription level that you joined in. For example: If you joined the $99 / month subscription, you will only be eligibe to receive any REFERRAL COMMISSION up to this level. In essence, you will receive REFERRAL COMMISSIONS of $25 or $50. You will forfeit any commissions due of $100 for anyone who you refers that joins at this level ($199 level) until you upgrade your plan. So anyone who joins at the $199 / month plan, you will receive UP TO your subscription commission of $50. ***Joining at the $199 / month plan will enable you to obtain commissions at every levels. This is the HIGHEST Level. PAYMENT CYCLE - There are ONLY 2 PAYMENT Cycles with our program: WEEKLY - For every 'NEW' Referral you receive in that particular week until Saturday 11:59pm (midnight), we will send out your commission check the following Monday. Commission checks will then be sent out weekly after that (once we obtain 'NEW' enrollments with your UNIQUE REFERRAL CODE) for that particular week. MONTHLY - Once your 'NEW' Participant (Referral) joins, their subscription RENEWS at the 1st of EVERY month. We will then send out Monthly Renewal Commission Checks, for all the PREVIOUS month's renewal), on the 2nd Monday of the NEXT month. For Example: You have 8 people join this month in the $99 / month plan. This is your WEEKLY Payout: 2 people joined by Monday 7th, we sill send out $100 the following Monday (Commission of $50 x 2 = $100). 1 person joined by Monday 14th, we will send out $50 the following Monday (Commission of $50 x 1 = $50). 5 people joined by Monday 21st, we will send out $250 the following Monday (Commission of $50 x 5 = $250) Therefore, the NEXT month on the 2nd Monday, you will receive $400 is Renewal Residaul Commisaion Income, as long as you AND your Referrals are in Active / Curretn Status. You will get this $400 PLUS, (on a weekly basis), any NEW Referrals that joins using your REFERRAL CODE.

If you cancel or stop your subscription, you will no longer have access to this wonderful income producing opportunity. You will receive your commissions due to you, however, this will ONLY be through the end of your most current (ACTIVE) subscription month. You can cancel the $49, $99 OR $199 monthly payment anytime by emailing support: coachingbyshar@gmail.com or by contacting your Success Coach (Mentor), but your monthly residual commissions will stop beginning the following month.

If one of your REFERRAL cancel, you will not receive the $25, $50 OR $100 commission from them any longer (but no one ever cancels and I’ll explain why right now). Like we mentioned before when each of our members reaches their 2 REFERRALS, their monthly membership subscription fee is no longer coming out of pocket. Now ask yourself, why would someone cancel something they don’t have to pay for. Plus, a program that is virtually seamless and that generates a good substantial income. They wouldn’t and they don’t. So cancelations are not to be expected (however, it can happen).
